A good photograph is a skill, and photographers don’t always get it right the first time.
The children found out that taking these steps can help:
The children looked at the photographs they took of a view through a window, a class display and some pencils and then reviewed how well they thought they had applied the three skills to each of the photographs. Then they chose one photograph to take again and thought about what they would do differently. The children shared their before and after photos with a partner, explained what they did differently the second time around and why their retaken image was better than the original one.
