Swimming details

  Spring 2 - Swimming  

From Wednesday 23rd February 2022 the children will begin swimming lessons as part of our PE curriculum.

  • lessons will be at Wickford pool, staff be walking with pupils, from school after lunch and then walking back  to school for the end of the day.
  • pupils will need:                                       

                              swimming trunks for boys

                              swimming one-piece swimming suit

                              towel 

                              long hair must be tied

                              a sturdy bag

Please ensure trunks and swim suits fit. Your child will be given a hat, which we wash and keep at school. 

You have been sent an email and a letter  was also given to the children to take home with details about swimming lessons. 

 

If there are any parents who would be able to walk with the children to and from the swimming pool - please see Mrs Barber.
