Year 6 information

New Electronic Reading Log

In Google Classroom your child has been set up with an electronic reading log which replaces the Partnership books which we used to record your child's reading and number of reads.  If they have Golden Tickets these can be seen in these new reading logs. Please record your child's reading on these logs. (Please do not 'submit' or 'turn in' these documents they are live and can be viewed and edited by you and the school). I can't wait to see how much you have been reading at home.

An example is shown below.

Notice for Monday 23rd November

Class 6 will have PE on Monday, indoors and outdoors. Wear appropriate warm clothing and footwear. The afternoon session may not be led by Rob, but by me!

The field is the very muddy, but we should be outside as much as possible - so you ought to bring a change of footwear in order to keep playing and exploring everyday.

PE autumn 2020

Class 6's PE lessons are on Mondays. Wear suitable kit for outdoor PE, our current guidance means that where possible our PE will be taught outdoors, even when it is cold and muddy.

Outdoor Learning and Play

Class 6 use the outdoor areas a great deal and to avoid making school uniform and shoes (and the classroom) muddy - your child can bring spare footwear and a change of top and bottoms, to slip over uniform and keep in school.
