Communication

Communication and relationships are important to us, both within the school and externally. 

To aid communication with our families we have the following in place:

  • An open door policy
  • Social media
  • Tapestry (for all year groups)
  • Newsletters
  • An informative website
  • Messages by email and text
  • Comment box in reception
  • Termly classroom drop ins
  • Termly parent consultations
  • Home-School Communication Policy

What to do if I have a concern?

At North Crescent we have an open door policy. This means that if you have a worry, however small, you can speak to someone straight away. In the first instance, talk to the class teacher. They know your children really well and can usually resolve problems very quickly.

The next step would be to talk to a member of the leadership team or our Pastoral Lead; one of the team is available at all times.
